The Middle East

It is always nice to turn on the television and be force fed the liberal agenda that is usually spewing from the news and other programs. The liberal control of the mass media is an interesting topic that I hope to touch upon later. Right now I wish to focus on the Middle East and it's current conflicts. The power of the spoken and written word should never be underestimated. However, it aggravates me when that ability is abused. We Americans love to sit back an enjoy the prosperity that has been so graciously bestowed upon us. But who are we to sit back and criticize Israel for its actions it the Middle East. Hezbollah started the conflict and Israel is merely finishing it. Hezbollah represents a significant threat to Israel. Therefore Israel should have the right to defend itself. Many in the Liberal community love to criticize Israel for its actions in the Middle East. They preach that we need peace and tolerance. Peace is a beautiful thing thing, but the UN bases their peace agreements on the flawed principle that people are inherently good. That the Hezbollah, extremist Muslims who care nothing for peace and only the destruction of Israel and all other infidels, are inherently good. The Liberal media preaches tolerance of such groups. But, should we honestly think that the tolerance that the liberals and Muslims demand while the Muslims are the minority will be reciprocated when they are the majority?
